Due to the nature of our products (which include nuts, seeds, dry fruits, chocolates, and other food items), we do not accept returns once the order has been processed and shipped. For hygiene and safety reasons, all food items are final sale.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any orders, as our products are perishable. Once an order is confirmed, processed, and shipped, we cannot cancel, return, or refund the payment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please provide the following information to assist us:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us promptly, and we will assist you as best as we can.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
